ELIGIBILITY
Open to UG and PG students of any discipline.
Participants can register individually or in a team of 2.
EVALUATION CRITERIA
Judges will evaluate based on:
1. Originality & Innovation – 25%
2. Technical Content – 25%
3. Clarity of Presentation – 20%
4. Practical Application / Relevance – 15%
5. Q&A Handling – 15%
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Participants must submit an abstract (max 300 words) before the deadline.
The abstract should include:

Title of the paper
-
Author(s) name, college, contact details
-
Brief overview of the problem, methodology, and outcome.
PRESENTATION GUIDELINE
Time allotted:
3 minutes for presentation
2 minutes for Q&A
Total = 5 min
Slides should be clear, concise, and professional.
Team members must present together (if 2 participants).
RULES
Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
Decision of the judges will be final and binding.
Participants must report at least 30 minutes before the event starts.
Any malpractice will lead to disqualification.
